All VPS are created on helga.transcom.net (auto-detected SID).
Can I upgrade later?
Yes — from your client panel or by contacting support.
I didn't receive my confirmation email, what should I do?
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it, contact support at support@transcom.net with your email address and we'll resend it or manually confirm your account.
How long does VPS provisioning take?
Once your invoice is paid and you've selected your OS and IPv4 address, your VPS is typically provisioned within 5-10 minutes. You'll receive an email with login details once it's ready.
What operating systems are available?
We offer a wide range of OS templates including Ubuntu 22.04/24.04, Debian 11/12, AlmaLinux 8/9, Rocky Linux, CentOS Stream, and more. You can choose your preferred OS during the VPS creation process.
Do you offer refunds?
VPS servers are non-refundable due to the instant provisioning and resources allocated. Please choose your plan carefully and contact support if you have any questions before purchasing.
Can I change my VPS plan after purchase?
Yes, you can upgrade your VPS at any time from your client panel or by contacting support. Upgrades are prorated based on your remaining billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal for all payments. This includes credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal balance payments through the PayPal checkout.
Is VAT included in the prices?
No, all prices shown exclude VAT. VAT at 20% is added at checkout for UK customers. Your invoice will show the subtotal and VAT breakdown.
Do you provide backups?
Yes, backups are included with all plans. You can create instant snapshots before updates and schedule automated backups. One-click restoration is available from your control panel.
What if I forget my VPS root password?
You can reset your root password from your client panel at any time. Navigate to your VPS details and use the password reset option. You'll receive the new password via email.
